The price, the bed and pillow, the cleanliness of the bathroom and toilet.
The laminated floor, the pressure of the water heater.

The room, the environment, the balcony are not as per advertised because there are a lot of others rooms, balcony, alleys and walkways are in renovation works. The entire surrounding was in mess with contruction works materials.
Please do have barricade of the contruction works at others rooms, alleys and walkways.
