The location only.
Very loud music from the PUB next door. Up until 3am. The TV was way high up make it very uncomfortable to watch.

Well renovated. Mattress is one of the best of ANY hotel, very comfortable.
Staff wasn't helpful with my late checkout request. Simply said, fully booked. Other than that, it was an excellent experience.

Location is convenient for food and drink. Walking distance to TF mart and lotus, can also walk to bukit indah Aeon mall.
Cleanest in the room, have some mouldy smell in the room, the toilet door can't be look, the TV channels are very limited. Controller of the room are not sensitive enough when operating.

It was clean and neat. Not much facilities.
The cleaning department staff as I have already mention do not disturb outside of my room yet the staff tried to open the door which was very scary and uncomfortable.
