Disappointing
convenient location with private parking.
There wasn't a writing table in the big family room that I have booked.
No place to put up my laptop for work.
I was working at the lobby, but was told that I have stop work by 12.00am, the hotel lobby will be shuted off after 12.00am.

Very disappointed with the staff. I forgot the adapter of my phone charger plugged in the socket of my room when I checked outat1pm of a Sunday. I noticed it on the same evening and contacted the hotel immediately, because I wanted to have it picked up. I was told I would have to wait until the next day so they could check with the cleaning staff. Next day, cleaning staff claimed they have not seen it, end of story. I would have appreciated the person who interacted with me to have had the courtesy to check the room for me at that moment. I even explained in which socket I left it. If it would not have been still there, it would mean it had been found it earlier by housekeeping. I left it there without a single doubt. If it is not in the room anymore it has been found. Why it was never handed to the management is beyond me. In all my travels I might have forgotten things behind twice, and in both occasions they were traced back by the hotel. In this place guest's property has just been taken. This hotel that is not trustworthy. Not recommended at all.
