The place was clean and comfortable.
Toilet needs a floor mat once we get out of the bathtub. Bathtub is a bit flimsy, was fearful that it might crack anytime. Remote for fan was not working, maybe needs batteries to be replaced.

I'm seldom use the towel in hotels. This impressed me when I felt that even the towels are clean enough to use. This is what I like in this apartment.??
Seems like the previous apartment user was having heavy sweat. A terrible sweat smell is still on those cushion, didn't clean it well. A broken fan, and a TV without any channels.

The Check-in process is seamless. Location is good. Parking is good.
The bedsheet , blanket a d towels looks old. Lift #9 is scary, the door will only open when press "open". Other than that is good.

Location and convenience to food and services, being located above KSL
The horrible long waiting time for the lifts. There are only 3 lifts functioning and too many units within the block. So most of the time we waited minimal of 10 mins for the lift. And when we checked out, we waited whole 20 mins for lift to come...very wasted time.

Very clean and well kept.. Good response from the owner..
Not enough trash bins throughout the unit. Aircon in 1 of the room is not that working. Super hate the lift as the card couldn’t work on a lot of the lifts… We had to wait for 30 mins to get to our high unit floor level…

The bathroom were clean , the shower was good .
The TV was not working and the floor was dusty . The WIFI password in the apartment is not able to link . So we didn't have Wi-Fi and we couldn't watch football FA cup .

Location, next to KSL mall. There's night market right in front of the unit every Monday. Consider there might be a little traffic on this day. Comfortable beds and super clean unit. Host can be easily contact with.

First of all, it is a good location. Secondly, Johor Bahru nightmarket is near accommodation and open every Monday from 5 pm to midnight. Lastly, it is not far away from shopping mall.
