I like the room space and luggage top space. Good for putting 2 small luggages. The table top for working is also very long and usuable. Bedside table also good and big. Shower and sink is good. Kettle also provided. Breakfast variety also good enough and starts from 6.30am.
In a good location where shopping, massage and food available nearby. There is even a good cafe downstairs for speciality coffee.
Should move to sustainable use of soap to dispenser. Remove all soap bar and new mini bottles of shampoo and shower gel.
The room sound proofing not too good. Can hear motorcycle in the late night from 20th floor. There was one day when drilling or hammering aound was heard in the evening 5-7pm, no info was given prior to that so the rest was disturbed.

Staff were very friendly and location was great, near to a lot of eateries and shopping
Dining area at breakfast was messy. I suppose its not the hotel's fault since the mess was created by the guests.
However, staff could have controlled the guests seating - Single guest occupying a table for 4, leaving us to search all over for a table for 3.

Clean, comfortable and cozy (not small). Very nice hotel :D My bathroom has a bathtub! Breakfast has decent spread and the coffee is delicious!
Staff (from entering lobby to front desk to checking out) has black faces. They look like putting a smile (even a fake one) wouldn't elevate guests stay. Feel somewhat unwelcomed.

The room was spacious and breakfast was decent with egg counter. Good location near KSL. One of the better hotels in that location.
The new hotel opposite was a little close, and privacy could be compromised. I could see the pool clearly.

Great location! Near KSL City Mall but minus the traffic, crowd & noise.
For this visit, I paid around SGD126 per room for a one-night stay, while my sister paid only $ 90.
Suggestion: There should be a water cooler on every floor for guests to refill their water bottles.

Very Good
The whole hotel including hotel lobby toilet was sparkling clean. To me, cleanliness level of the hotel is one of the most important factor in our family's choice to select to stay. The facilities is good with a paranoma pool at 25th floor. The service crew at Fern Pine restaurant serving at the breakfast buffet were very efficient in clearing the plates and cleaning the tables.
The aircon in the room was great, is cold and quiet w/o and foul smell, the thermostat is responsive to temperature settings.
Overall experience is very good, will stay again in future.
The food varieties for the breakfast buffet weren't fantastic. Maybe need to cater for more live stations for hot food section.

Room was big but it was classified as a suite but no amenities to prove as such. Breakfast buffet was good. Location was also good as you can just walk to KSL. There’s an upcoming Novotel hotel behind it which could be a better hotel.
Check in at 3pm and they insisted that we wait till the . Why can’t we go up if rooms are ready beforehand. Please be flexible! They also collect cash or card deposit.
We had two rooms. Pillows and bed were terribly hard. Woke up many many times at night. Could not sleep properly. I was on level 19 and you could hear the terrible karaoke from level 26 till 12midnight.
The guards outside the hotel - dishonest and has no morals at all. 2 guards on 10 Sept 2025 at 6:40pm. I ordered a grab delivery and they stopped the delivery outside and collected on my behalf. They proceeded to eat all the seafood, fried rice, drinks and feigned ignorance and ate all the food and drinks all whilst talking to me and asked me if I wanted some. Utter disrespect to the hotel guest. I ordered another delivery and they stopped the driver outside again and I had to rush outside to get my delivery. This is their modus operandi. Is this how you treat hotel guests?
