Comfortable beds, clean rooms and toilets. Good location near to all eateries.
Not sound proof rooms, for price no mini bar wiyh coffee. The bathroom tile is very slippery and dangerous if it's wet.

horrible service. I have been staying this hotel for 4 years and now the service and cleanness of the hotel is lousy.
I told them to clean the room. 2 days was not cleaned in my 5 days stay. I asked them why they said I don’t know I’m new here. I ask for new towels atleast they said next day only- room wasn’t clean and expect to use back old towels?

air conditioning too slow to cooling the room. feels hot at first. must wait at least 3 hours or more for air conditioner to cooling down the room. the bedding is dirty and make our skin very itchy.

Water level very bad, they do not make your rooms the next day.they charge extra for having a second key card to access the room which I find it ridiculous.They do not top up yr water nor change yr towel and tidy the bedsheet.Do not stay there, you will regret.

The cleanliness is ok but they dunno how to cater problems like my one
I didn't like bcoz I try to contacted them bcoz of double bookings but they said they will refund but it's all nothing so they eat my money, no consideration even I'm a regular customer?? I booked but it didn't go through so I straight went there and the reception told me it won't go through so I need to self check in, only at 5 am I realized my booking went through so I stayed there for a couple of hours only but I paid the whole night, imagine I check in a 1am and went out at 9:30 am. Duhhh it's a long story
