I'm trying hard to think, but cant find it
The room on the right side downstairs was not okey. The toilet is not cement with wall concrete, it just attached with glass wall and it's always leaking when someone using the toilet to take a bath. Bidet was so short. The staff was not friendly at all, she didnt smile at all, seems like she was forced to work there.

Stayed at hotel twice.. both times the toilet will be flooded.. one of the rooms have poor design, with pipes protruding within the room.. when water is flushed down, the water flow will cause a while of disturbance.. Socket plug is not located near the bed.. it is difficult to use phone while charging, especially you are using a short wire.. No bottle water, coffee tea beverages being offered.. no phone inside as well.. only a simple bathing lotion..

Everything..starting from the staff..no communication at all..what worse is i ask for family room but he gave us queen room ?..when i go back to counter he showed me the booking list,my name was there and what i booked is what i said..no say sorry at all and simply ask for the key back and give new key??the room is so not clean..felt no safety at all..please dont suggest this hotel anymore..

Hotel staff was "Bangla" and he is very helpful..such a nice person..
Certain water heater won't work,but staff chaged the room for me..i appreciate it
