location is good, room is big, all room provided sanitary facilities eg. tooth brush & etc., coffee bags and drinking water. and free tv movie channel.
some of the toilet with bad smell coming from the floor trap. and noisy exhaust fan.

easy to locate with eateries and snack shops nearby and within walking distance to Austin. room exceeded expectations. just right size. had a good night sleep.
