Friendly and courteous staff. As usual the welcome cookie was delicious, we were waiting for that. The facilities are great. We went to the sauna area, not much people. Had fun sauna-ing with my kids then wash off the sweats at the jacuzzi. Easy to get private hire drivers to drive us around for food and shopping. Breakfast was excellent. Wide spread of food from western to asian cuisines. Fruits juices also available.
Check in was a bit delayed. The jacuzzi was not working well that time we went. The water was not warm enough and the water jet not working. Maybe can have regular check by maintenance. but other than that, nothing much to feedback. Keep up the good work.

Super clean and the staff was wonderful. Everybody from the check-in to the restaurant was just super wonderful and helpful. My wife has celiac so cannot eat any gluten, and chef Faris spent 15 minutes with her showing her all of the food that was OK for her to eat. Lots of different cuisines in the restaurant to please just about any palate. Would stay there again in a heartbeat.
