The service is very friendly. Unfortunately the room refrigerator comes out with bad smell and the manager immediately change the room to a larger room with better place after we report the problem. We very appreciate for the service. Thank you very much!

Love the clean decorated lobby! I love the theme, very welcome n very pleasing. The staff are friendly and very attentive! The hotel is situated right at the shopping mall. Nothing much Abt the mall but the Cowboy Supermarket is superb! All u can ask for is there!

the water pressure is very good and i like it when having shower.....because i tried many hotels before and this is the best ever I met which such good pressure.
no breakfast or no cafe.....maybe can think about to have a simple breakfast service...:-)

The hair dryer is powerful and the hot water machine is very convenient for taking a shower.
