Disappointing
Room and Bed is normal and encounter Water Stuck during my stay but the front office change another room at 12 am for me

the staff at reception during check in were so nice. they helped my husband to allocate bag, laptop and monitor to work from the hotel room. and also greet me well during the check out
i asked them to provide the iron, the staff was so rude!! n i never use their iron since they dont send me any iron

Clean and spacious room. Friendly staff at the reception area. The bed and pillows are comfy. The location near to my destination is the main reason I choose this hotel.

no shower curtain/ glass partition, it makes whole bathroom very wet after a shower.
