The location of the hotel is very good. Close to City Square mall. The room which I had was very spacious. The bathroom shower was good too.
Should install a double glazed glass to minimize the noise coming from outside.

The restaurant is halal certified. The TV is smart TV.
The receptionist took some time to assist me during check in. At other hotel, at least the receptionist will have some courtesy to smile and inform you that they are attending other matter at their computer, instead of ignoring the guest standing at the counter. There are no designated parking spot. The room looks good in the app, but feels cheap the moment you enter the room. The bed is uncomfortable. The air-conditioning is old. There are better hotels with better prices in the vicinity. There are quite a number of massage parlour around the hotel. The breakfast buffet is decent, almost average. The pictures posted in the advertisement is quite deceiving, giving me impression that this is a good hotel. It's not a good hotel, just an 'okay' hotel. If there are no other option from better hotel nearby, you can stay here. Will not repeat my stay here. With this price, I can get better hotel nearby.

The room is spacious. The location is near JB Train Station. The fee is economical compared with hotels nearby. The breakfast is served with changed dishes.
No face towels are provided. Soundproof is nothing so I could hear noises from other rooms. To enter JB Train Station, I had to go across a footbridge without lifts. It was a torture to drag my luggage crossing it.

The hotel is surrounded by a few coffee shops which serve various local foods, so it was indeed very convenient. And of course, it is right next to a mall!

The staff at the reception is welcoming and polite.
The hallway and room are smelly. Air conditioner needs major upgrade. Breakfast is below average. The surrounding area appears somewhat unsafe, with a few intoxicated individuals wandering around. No proper parking. The nearest available parking area is dark, narrow and creepy.

Hotel room needs to maintain as shower there is a leak on the tube while shower. Needs to maintain on guests to lower down on volume talking middle of the night. Around 3am plus to 5am plus there is guests walking at corridor talking loudly and makes me awake.

Aircon is cool, mini refrigerator is cool also which is nice. Staff are approachable also.
Have small cockroaches on the room floor, already told the staff before make up room. But still have cockroaches under the bed. Also coming from sides and corner of the room. Not sure why so many. It didn’t make me sleep at all, curtains also have stain not sure if blood stain or what but it is dark red stain. I think it was from long time ago. Im afraid im not coming back here again.
