Very hard bed. 1 Aircon hard to reach to certain beds in the big family suite. Either very cold or very dusty. Whole family kept sneezing when enter or re-enter room

The location is great. Next to our favourite eat 5pm Lala Pot, & of course Sutera Mall just mins away. There are a couple of pubs & KTVs for the late nighters.
Our family room came with no windows, no fridge. Room smelt extremely musty & mildewy as you entered, though it gradually cleared up after turning on the air-conditioning for 30mins.

Location was good. Room was comfortable.
After i booked on booking.com for SGD71 per night, I found out price on Agoda was SGD56 per night. I felt cheated. Hope Booking.com can give me a refund of the difference.
