There are little ants in the room.
And the people at nearby rooms leave rubbish and food at the hallway overnights.

Waited for an hr still unable to get my room . Been told that Aircon issue and troubleshooting is on going. Requested to change to other room. But informed all the room / whole building is had a problem with it . Very disappointed and request for refund end up. That was already passed 10pm.
Bad service. Receptionist just keep asking to wait. Never updated us the issue. Not just my room been affected. All the others room having a same issue.

Nothing good. I pay nearly rm400 with rm150’s hotel quality. It’s not worth of money. Aircond not funtion well, clogged bathroom, dirty room slimy bathroom, bedroom still got garbage (cotton buds, plastic straws, dust). Not recommended and will not consider to stay here in future. I checked in around 9pm, and checked out around 1130pm the same day because the room too hot and too dirty.

Pleasant
Room clean, eventhough the wall seems old. A/C also functioning well. The toilet bowl looks a bit old also but still okay. Other than that easy to park thats good.

The environment is very comfortable, but it's a little too quiet. It would be nice if there was some background music on each floor — it would make the atmosphere feel less eerie, haha! Other than that, everything else is great.
It was a bit less convenient as the hotel didn’t provide lunch or dinner. It would be great if those were available, so guests wouldn’t have to go out to find food. However, the breakfast provided was excellent—very delicious and enjoyable!
