Great location with many food options within walking distance. Clean room. WiFi was good enough for zoom meetings using laptop.
I needed to reconnect WiFi every time I off the phone screen & open again.

It was nice and comfortable. Plus the reception area has huge teddy bears!
The room's walls are not particularly thick, so we could hear noise from outside and from the corridor. Another thing is the parking. Since this hotel is in a commercial district, be prepared to fight for your parking space with other people heading to restaurants and cafes around the area.

Staying two nights during the Hari Raya holiday. And was my second time staying. Location is good. Staff ok. Many eateries nearby. Especially at this Fang Yuan restaurant just next door they do serve some vegetarian foods.
Soft pillows. Dont have small towels.

The location is considered good for Taman Mount Austin, walkable to many shops and restaurants in the area, yet not too noisy due to it's corner location. Staff were friendly.
Soundproofing could be improved; we could hear our neighbors talking and laughing loudly at 12midnight+ as well as early at 7am+.
