Reception staff is very helpful. Last min I would like to book in 1 more room next night. She is very polite and told me to wait a while and she will settle for me while she needs to finish up another customer documentation. Very strategic location away from noisy sounds. Easy to walk to shops to walk around.

location is good, walking distance to eatery and fashion shops in mount Austin area.
Soundproof is really bad. Basically cannot sleep tight over the night, as the door banging sound is from everywhere. clearly can hear chit chat sound when people pass by the room.

the noise from the road outside was too much on sat night. The windows could not seal off the noise. I was woken up many times from loud car engine sounds.
they should really think about putting on double layer window to block off the noise from outside.
if I choose the room that faces the other side, I will be looking at a back lane, garbage dump area. Not ideal.
so yes everything was good but the lack of noise reduction is a big bummer.

Staff was polite and tried their best to help. We requested for extra pillows due to my neck issue but unfortunately they were only able to provide 1 extra only due to policy. Room was good enough for an overnight stay, with 2 bedside tables and not too small.
We just wanted an overnight stay and didn't expect much. But little did we know that the sound insulation of the room is so bad. Our room was 105 and it was located in the middle of the corridor and we could hear people talking when they pass by. The room's window faced the road and OMG, we could hear every car pass by as if we're standing by the road. Whenever we were about to fall asleep, a car drove by and woke us up. Needless to say, we did NOT sleep well at all. For the price, we really didn't expect much, just wanted a place that is quiet to sleep and it didn't fulfill our basic expectation.

Everything was good w the facilities, staff were excellent and premises were v clean and proper.
Main issue was the walls were abit thin, soundproofing is an issue. Can hear rowdy guests late at night/early morning.
Wall tiles in toilet were cracked and no partition between shower and toilet area, but not really an issue.

Love the location right in middle of Austin. Pub next door n lots of eatery ktv etc. Lots of paid parking just outside hotel.
Toiletry, linen provided
Will be bonus if comes with good view. But it's only a night so it's not a big issue

Overall evertthing is good. All essentials are provided adequately.
One main issue which is really a turn off is the wifi signal. It keeps cutting us off and we have to re-login repeatredly. There was a period of time we have to keep login in every few minutes. We had a short stay so we didn't really make a big fuss over it.
