the place is clean and comfortable for my family of four members. the facilities are all in good condition. the owner was very nice and really helpful. he treated us well even though its late already. recommended to those who need a place to stay in ipoh

Bed Fit for the numbers of my family member. bed is ok
you have to pay additional deposit 100 to ensure no hanky panky.
not family friendly. only one short table for everything. no night table for your phone etc. no hanger rack. only door rack. no wall mirror in the room (have to share with others). have to share living area /fridge with others ( please read carefully this is not homestay, its a room stay)

The room was clean and provides everything you need. Also the private bathroom is good. In addition there is a shared fridge & water refill station. I also loved the cats! The location is good but I would recommend a motorbike or car rental. The host is very friendly & helpful. It was a comfortable & nice stay here and I would definitely recommend it.
