Good customer service. Ample parking around the hotel.
There is a cockroach in the 4-person bedroom. The shower area in the bathroom is incredibly small and the water heater system is terrible. Warm/Hot water needed to wait for a long time.

Disappointing experience due to misleading pricing I booked this place based on the attractive price listed online, assuming it was for a full night's stay. However, upon arrival, I was informed that the posted rate was only for a 3-hour short stay—something that was never clearly disclosed in the listing or booking confirmation. To stay overnight as originally intended, I was forced to pay an additional full amount on the spot. This felt extremely deceptive and left me feeling cheated. Transparent pricing is basic customer respect, and the lack of it here turned what should have been a relaxing stay into a frustrating and expensive ordeal. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for straightforward, honest booking practices. There are plenty of other options that don't hide critical details like stay duration in fine print (or worse, not mention it at all).

Bersih, just next door to 7e and kedai mamak. I booked two room, didn’t expect they give me connecting room which is very convenient for me with small kids that need to take turn to look after her. Thank you so much.

Overall everything was good, love the water heater and had a good bath hahaha like raining in the shower. Clean bathroom.The aircon was not so cool even though the temperature was high maybe due to the weather. Overall the place is very clean and neat. There are lots of restaurants nearby chinese, mamak and thai food. Every destination we make from the hotel takes within 30mins drive. Will book this hotel in future visits.thanks.

Strategic location, near to all facilities. Two queen sized beds for family room which is great and comfy.
Shower using solar system so i waited until 20 minutes but still water did not heat up.

The price is reasonable despite it's location near the Lotus and Ipoh Night Market. Nice hotel and i like it. Nice staff ??
