Comfortable room, soundproofing is good enough. Buy far this is the best hotel I have stayed at this price point and if i were to come to Ipoh again, I will come back to this hotel.
Basement carpark has no lift link to the hotel lobby. Not a big problem, just recommended to drop off elderly or luggage at the lobby first before going to basement parking.

Most of the food is good but quite salty. Good quality of toiletries provided by the hotel. Good WiFi speed and coverage
During our stay, 2 lift were under maintenance and swimming pool was closed. Charge for buffet breakfast is too pricey at RM41 vis-a-vis limited food selections. Old furnitures, the hotel should refurbish with modern furnitures. Limited parking space and have to pay.

The room is good and spacious. Breakfast was good. Location wise is well situated in a town area. Staff was friendly and helpful. Always smiling and greeting with politeness.
The hotel is under renovation. A lot of noise during daytime. Quite a nuisance when you are having a meeting or conference. Parking is limited as a shared parking space. Elevator also undergoing upgrading. Expect some waiting time during peak hours.

The staff at the reception was very friendly. She even gave us the liberty to choose on which floor we wish to stay and which way do we want our window to be facing to. The breakfast buffet is good and have variety of choices. They served nasi lemak with ayam and sambal sotong, french toast, cereals, fruits, salads, egg station, noodle station, pastries, yogurt, juice, hot drinks, fresh milk. The location is great and it is not far from town.
There are no elevator from the basement parking to the main lobby.

Overall the hotel was clean. Family room was spacious. Hospitality was good, all staff was friendly
Basement parking doesn't seem good, waters were leaking. We opted to park outside the hotel but parking space was limited. Also found the shower's hot water is not that hot, it's almost cold. That's all

Here is our feedback: For a 5-star hotel, we expected more both in terms of breakfast quality and room amenities. There were no robes, room slippers, or face towels provided. Housekeeping also did not perform a thorough cleaning, as the bathroom glasses were not cleaned or replaced, and the water bottles and coffee/tea were not replenished. We had to request these ourselves, even though they should have been provided the following day after room cleaning.
