Pleasant
The staff was pleasant. AC was pumping. Bed is comfortable enough. Bathroom is spacious. Great if you only need a roof over your head for a night. Good value for money.
It's located in an industrial area on the outskirt of town. No food or convenient stores in the vicinity. Room is a bit gloomy without windows. TV only has one channel. And the reception is unmanned at various times during the day so you need to ring a number to get them to attend to your need.

The location
Not enough shampoo and parking. The cleaner is talking very loudly in the morning.

Exceptional
The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting ipoh.

The staff greeted us well. There is a small parking lot for the customers, probably first come first serve basis. There are restaurants around in walking distance. Cleanliness was okay. Drinks are set up in fridge at the lobby in case customer needs it and pay at the counter.
TV a little hard to navigate. It would have been tiny bit better to have the switch or desk nearer to bed (small one). Staircase all the way up to 3rd floor, it would have been difficult if there are heavy luggage.

Good quality vs price. Nothing fancy to be honest. The staff was helpful but not brilliant. when the air failed they changed our room, but I had to insist a couple of times about the aircond not working.
Decoration can really improve.

Spacious,clean and staff is every accommodating. Worth the price.
Limited parking space. Need to add another lock on the room door for security and the shower heater cannot be adjusted.

Wonderful
Spacious room, good functioning air-conditioner, strategic place, great basic facilities.
Parking is a bit crowded, but you can use the public car park. Tv couldn't function as the internet went down that time. No elevator, you might want to take that into consideration if you are with old parents.

the bed is comfort and the room is ok for the price
the curtain wheel is broken and I need to fix it as a temporary solution to make sure I can close the curtain. and another issue is the washroom door cannot close, the wifi connection is not strong for the smart tv which I need to use my mobile as a hotspot and the aircond swing arm is loose where you can't control the air flow.
