No parking spot provided. Basement was full and we had to park outside. We were scared of the safety the whole night.

We only stayed one night as a stop on our way to Penang. Massive room with great shower. Clean and comfortable. Good A/C too.
The wifi from our room didn't work well at all. The location isn't great with not much around. You need to walk 10/15 mims over the bridge to find cafes, bars and restaurants

Very clean and comfortable. Spacious room. Staff was kind enough to remind us about the Sunday flea market which blocks off the road and makes it harder for Grab to reach. Staff allowed early check in (depending on room availability)

Location quite strategic in town area. Have very nice ambience, clean and comfortable to.stay. A lot of parking outside the hotel and at the basement.
Very good choice as my 1st time visit to.Ipoh. Highly recommended

Car park very convenient. The hotel allow us check in early. Staff very friendly and helpful. The room is so big and very clean.
It is better if the hotel prepare water dispenser with hot n cold water at each floor of the hotel rooms.
