Staff at reception counter is friendly. I left my handbeg at cafe after breakfast and reception call to alert me to pickup at counter. Our room only walking distance to the hot spring.
Management to promote the area so it can boost people to come...add more attraction.

Everything in one place and walking distance to each other. Big resort compound, suitable for kids running around, playing ball etc.
Rooms were super old, not well maintained, aircond super dusty, was sneezing all night aircond also sometimes leaking. ceiling looks scary, TV was blurry like very old tv.
