Location is pretty good as it's in Georgetown, liked that parking space is provided. Bed was okay quite comfy, bathroom is quite clean, bedsheet and towels a bit old but still okay.
Very poor soundproofing of the rooms. Can hear next room's conversation clearly which can disturb your peace.

Good location with car park.
The water pressure on the 5th Level was too slow. The water heater becomes so slow as the heater is not equipped with pump. The TV was not functioning as it stated bad signal all the time. The shower door is damaged and not repaired.

A very short walk from Komtar, just far enough to clear the central tourist zone. Bright room, no problems of any kind. The Hin Bus Depot arts centre is across the street.
