Front desk staff are accommodating.
Good thing we only needed it for night sleep.
Bed - stains on bed sheets and blanket. Bed frame is noisy (needed repair).
Toilet - super dirty, obvious dirt noticeable, soap container is dented and looks rubbish (don't even dare to touch it), stains on the wall, spider web in the corner, the sink is dirty too. It doesn't look like washed properly/regularly.
Dressing table - drawers are dusty, and the sliding mirror is stuck and dusty too.
Towels -first-day towels are shabby and even torn on the sides.
Room 302 definitely needs a serious cleaning and suggested for the in charge have a regular checks of the rooms to maintain the hotel standard.
Housekeeping stuff (spare mattress, etc) was kept by the stairs the whole time we were checked in.
