The location was nice, and staff was friendly, though not available in many hours during the day. It was cheap, and had a nice common room with a small coffee bar.
The rooms had an awfull smell of old cellar as if there was mold or something. We tried getting a different room but the 2 were the same, and they were both located in the middle of the building, with a window out to the common bathroom area.. The staff was helpful, trying to get air refreshers, but it just couldn't cut it. All our clothes and bags still stank a full week after leaving the place. It really just needs better ventilation. Floor was a bit dirty all the time due to the cracking cement floor. We ended up staying out at much as we could basically only staying in the room to sleep.

Great location, great staff, cafe in the facility was very good.
Room was near the toilets and showers so you heard everything when someone is taking a shower or flushing. Room wasnt clean, hair in and under the bed, also clogged the drain in the bathroom.

Superb location in the center. Bus stop on the opposite side of the road. Comfy beds, good wifi, close to great restaurants (Wheeler's & vegan falafel)

Warm welcome by host. Perfect stay for backpackers and Frame Guesthouse is located at strategic place which is near to Armenian Street, Little India and famous Falafel vegan by walking distance. Bunk bed with separate locker to keep our belongings safely. Suitable for those who are travelling for work as there are space for them to work. Free refill of drinking water and most importantly, this Frame Guesthouse provides a comfortable home feel.

Guesthouse is quite stylish and has lots of cozy common areas for relaxing. They have a little cafe downstairs, that serves tatsy but quite pricey coffee.
We slept in a dorm with double beds, which basically felt like a cheap way to cram even more people in very limited space. There were 8 people in a tiny room and it wasn't that cheap either. At some point there wasn't even enough space for all the luggage so you had to constantly move people's stuff around to get to your own luggage. No space for hanging wet towels. Lockers are way to small for fitting a backpack so you have to store all your stuff on the floor. The house is old, which is beautiful but means that there floors are wooden. There is no soundproofing whatsoever - we couldn't sleep peacefully most nights cause it was just too loud with other people jumping around above us, people coming in very late etc. Shared bathrooms are okay but could be cleaned more frequently - there was also one toilet downstairs out of service for the whole time of our stay, which was kind of annoying since the hostel was fully booked and toilets always occupied.

Great location! Not only walking distance to most of the tourist sites in Georgetown, but also right on the bus line to explore the rest of the island. Good wifi too!
Biggest complaint was noise - when other reviews mentioned you could hear everything I thought "meh, it's a good deal and really how bad can it be?" WOW. Thankfully I can sleep pretty easily no matter what but if you're someone who struggles with sound when you're trying to sleep, this really may not be the best place for you.
