* check in was smooth, could pay by credit card, and the reception spoke very good English * there was a Jacuzzi on the roof which was free to use and gave you a nice view of the city * the location was close to the main tourist attractions * bed is huge and bathroom design is very nice * room was very quiet
* rooftop bar and gym were closed at the time we were there * our room was in the first floor so there wasn't a good view

Perfect location which is near to mall and walking distance to street Cafe, jetty and museum etc. The room, toilet is clean and comfortable. Nice cozy welcoming ambience once you step inside the lobby. Would highly recommend for the great value for short staycation.
What not so good: -pillow is not so suitable for myself. -Some equipment like hanging bar drop off easily which require repair and maintenance -first time staying in hotel that provide bucket for foot soak which was very thoughtful, however the bucket probably has hole and water keep leaking. -rooftop bar and jacuzzi is close but we won't use it anyway in this hot weather -for those who drive, pls note limited car park parking.

Jacuzzi is too hot to enter - maybe 50C? - and is only open until 6pm with no shade. So essentially, a pointless amenity - put a shade over it and just leave it to be cool if youll only have it open during the day. Put water stations on every floor to encourage refills vs plastic water bottles. Hassle to go down to reception every time you want to refill. No need to replace garbage bin every day with new plastic bags each time. Unsustainable. Figure out a sign for if you want it replaced or not the way you do for towels. WiFi is an insecure network in the way that your devices will block you from actually using it. So had to use data the whole time. Shower poorly designed so that bathroom floods. From other reviews, I think this place is quieter for GTown. But youre still able to hear your neighbors - TVs convos, etc. Not too much street noise though. Neutral but good to know - 100MYR cash deposit, 10MYR/day tax, plus the 6% vat There is a rooftop bar not connected to the hotel. You cant bring your own drinks there. But you can bring them to the jacuzzi area which the hotel owns.

The place was very clean. The staff was very helpful and courteous. The hotel is close to the bus terminal and the shopping mall. Very convenient location.
