The hotel lacks empathy when comes to guests safety and satisfaction. There is apparently lift failure and guests had to walk up. The reception opens only at 9am and the main gate will be locked. incase of emergency, when guests go out, there is no way to return except to wait until 9am. This is how insensitive the lady manager spoke to me over the phone. She put doen the phone when I confronted her for this unsafe policy. Her reply was " selalunya orang akan bawa fon bila keluar dari bilik" I rest my case when comes to unbecoming attitude of hotel manager.

The only things i like are the location
I chose this hotel because I often travel to Cyber for work and wanted to try a new place with good ratings. Unfortunately, this was by far the worst experience I’ve had among the nearby hotels. The staff had difficulty understanding my requests, and unlike other hotels in the area, this one didn’t provide parking (which was not a big issue for me). When I checked in, there was no water as they said the room above was being cleaned. The main light in my room kept blinking, and even after I clearly asked to change rooms, the staff didn’t reassure me or communicate properly. They only said it would be fixed soon, which made things more difficult since I was in a rush. The doorbell didn’t work, and the TV was hard to use. I’m not the type who likes to complain, but for the price I paid, I would rather stay at a nearby hotel that’s cheaper with a similar experience—or slightly more expensive but much better.

The room was clean, the Bathroom as well, but both twin bed sheets were not very clean, one had hair from a previous guest I guess. There is a floor issue where you really have to mind your steps once you enter the room, so annoying and not safe. From very early morning, you can hear the room service cleaners cleaning other rooms. No soundproof walls!

All the light is very white..so i cant sleep and when i close all the light room is very dark..i think need change the setting at least one light for switch on I'm not happy with the toilet..my expectations of my room with a balcony but i got the back window and pls check ur door toilet there is sharp metal nearly the handle door Thank you ya
