About the access to the mall..lock at 10pm..Quite messy and difficult for us with 3 small kids to walk around the building to get access to main entrance of residence thus have the shortcut thru building..

I think the location is quite strategic, because it is near with restaurants and a mall, tamarind square
The house isn't that clean, there's dust and it seems like the place didnt get proper maintenance. There's dust all over the aircond and also at the corner of floors and walls. The water heater in the shower seems broken. If you looking for a place to stay for 1 night and last minute, it's okay I guess.
