Clean and quiet environment, good facilities. Distance to Putrajaya quite near and traffic also smooth, value for money and recommended.

Deposit taken, never returned - no replies on WhatsApp. Cockroaches and ants everywhere: in the kitchen, bathroom, even the bed. AC doesn't work, it's unbearably hot. Bedsheets with stains, strong musty smell. Photos are very old - now everything is falling apart, wallpaper peeling off. Location is awful: far from everything, no food, no shops, no infrastructure. Owner is shady, area is the same. Stay away.

The bedroom wall is fully glass so I can see outdoor view
The lobby was not as other lobbies. I lost at the ground floor while searching for exit door .
