This is the third year we stay here and it is our favourite place in the city. The location is perfect with lots of great restaurants, cafes and ammenities within walking distance. We love the staff as they are really friendly and it does feel like being at home. They are building a lift shaft which will be a great addition!
This time there is a new club just across the road which is quite noisy at night as they end around 3am! This is not the hotel's fault of course but hopefully the club is more strictly regulated with noise standards. We only think that the kitchen and plates, cutlery etc could be refreshed, but hopefully in the next few years as we definitely plan to stay here every year we come back to visit family :)

No breakfast included. Location was good, close to good restaurants and the hospital where we were booked for surgery the next day from our stay We had been pleased with our previous stay.
The room this time was very hot. The fans did little to make it any more cooler. The bed was terrible and we had a very rough night. The noise from the traffic was disturbing as well.

you can't beat the location and the price. it's the third time I stay here and it's the most convenient place of the area. the room is very spacious, with a complete kitchen and a living room. walking distance to the Chapalita roundabout and dozens of restaurants, and a supermarket! there's even a laundry 3 houses away. best value ever!
the hotel is a little old, but I believe they do maintenance regularly. there's no AC so not sure how hot it gets in summer, but whenever I stay there the night is pretty cold. other than that it's great!

The location is perfect, just near Glorieta Chapalita with lots of restaurants and shops. Comfort is also superb, it is quiet and friendly and feels very private. Staff were very responsive to our emails and someone was always at reception so it made it feel safe. The rooms are quite spacious and comfortable. We have stayed here multiple times and decided we will continue to stay here whenever we come back to GDL
It does feel a bit dated but it is also part of its charm. Perhaps the kitchen facilities and equipment could be upgraded soon.

Fantastic shower, very comfortable, large bed. The staff was extremely friendly. A great location as many restaurants and green spaces were a short walk.
A coffee maker and AC would have been nice to have in the room. There was a powerful fan though. Good value for the money.

This hotel is located in the heart of Chapalita and close to restaurants, shops, service providers and the Hotel Riu.
An unfriendly receptionist checked me in at 7:30PM. When I entered the apartment, the bathroom, kitchen and fridge were not clean. Because their cleaning personnel had gone for the day, they let me wait until the next morning at 11AM so that the apartment got cleaned. Even when they cleaned it, the microwave and fridge were still not clean. All the cooking utensils and drawers are not clean but would need to be thouroughly cleaned. The stove cannot be used because it is a gas stove where you have to use matches or a gas pistol and they do not provide these utensils. I had asked for a quiet room and they gave me a room to the street and staircase where other guests entered throughout the night and had loud conversations on the corridor. All in all one of the most frustrating experiences I had in the past months.

Staff are very friendly and helpful even though they don't know much English
But we found a way to communicate.
The location is the best thing about the place , it s close to many nice cafes and restaurants and.not too far from city centre. The rooms were kept clean.
The rooms are pretty warn out, look like they were from the 1970s . The upper floor also gets a lot of noise and room buzzes /shakes when big cars pass by.

Great value for money. The location is excellent. There are restruants and a grocery store just down the block. It is further from the traditional tourist area but if you want to wander the Chapalita neighborhood this is a good economical choice.

The hotel is in an excellent location near restaurants and nice cafés. The staff are generally friendly though don't speak English much. But we managed to communicate somehow. The rooms/flat was kept clean.
The hotel suites need some serious renovation, they look like some relic from the 1970s, and far different from the pictures advertised.
I came three days late, and they couldn't refund me for those although were kind enough to extend one day for me upon my request.
