I want to complaint against the male waiter who worked in your hotel restaurant at 6:30 this morning. Because I needed to catch a flight, I couldn't wait for your restaurant to open for breakfast. So, I brought my own breakfast and asked if I could borrow two forks so I could eat my own food. However, the waiter kept emphasizing to me that the restaurant doesn't open until 7:30 am. He spoke to me in English, so I'm sure he understood me. I repeatedly stressed that I knew the restaurant opened at 7:30 am and that I just wanted to borrow forks, but he still refused. I then reported this to the front desk, and the staff there helped me communicate with the same man. Finally, that staff member reluctantly gave me two forks. I completely fail to understand why your restaurant staff has such a lack of service awareness. I repeatedly emphasized that I just wanted to borrow forks to eat my own breakfast, but he refused. I am extremely disappointed with your hotel's restaurant staff.
