The hotel has nice appearance and is located in a convenient place close to downtown. Staff is nice and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable although working at the desk was not too good.
The main problem was the internet connection since it was intermittent with long periods not being able to have network access. Although they have a business center where I could go to make up for the connection problems. The bathroom had a slight sewage smell.

The location. A couple of blocks away from the centro histrico. The price was good for a one night stay and the staff was friendly.
I could smell cigarette smoke, even though there were signs prohibiting smoking. The pillows were hard and the remote control for the TV did not function properly.
