Excellent place to stay in Tulum with supporting staff and well located in the party zone. The hotel has sun loungers and beach umbrellas you can use. The beach in-front of the hotel is amazing and crystal clear
The hotel restaurant is expensive and the pool is not well conserved

Pleasant
The property gave cozy jungle vibes very private and quiet.. very family oriented and dog friendly
Small pool area.. first morning breakfast wasn’t available during the time we were told so we didn’t get a chance to enjoy breakfast until our 2nd to last day of staying

Receptionist was great Gonzalo. When checking in. Mauricio did an exceptional job helping us on the beach. Great guy
Last day sunday had a young server really prepotente yell at me. Told his supervisor that this young man shouldn’t be working there with the way he treats people. No respect class.

Very Poor
Location is good
- Humid, smelly and dark room
- Impossible to sleep in such a cave
- A friend in another room had bed bugs
- All rooms are very smelly based on discussions with other guests
- Super expensive for such a bad room
- Not enough sunchairs for the number of guests in the hotel
- Service at the restaurant is awful, not enough personnel
After discussion with the receptionist and manager, they accepted to cancel and refund, which needed to happen through Booking. I found another hotel and did cancel but now they refuse the refund.

Perfect location! Right in the middle of the party zone, and although music next door is incredibly loud the location is great. It is great having beach beds included and the staff are incredibly helpful and accommodating.
When you read comments about the music being loud, do not assume it is just music in the background…. It sounds and feels like you are in the middle of a nightclub/stadium. If you are a light sleeper or have children, this will be a big issue for you.

Staff was very nice and helpfull
Just next to it is a beach bar with loud music during the day that can be annoying when the bas is too strong.
The food in the restaurant is not something to recommend.

I highly recommend this gem in Tulum. Ezequiel and Francisco went above and beyond to accommodate our group. There are no complaints and I am already looking forward for my next stay at this lovely place. The food at their restaurants is delicious our waiter Carlos was very attentive and on point. Thanks again for your hospitality.

The staff vibes are off, they does not say "good morning" or "hi" to the guests, completely uneducated. Thanks to Marcelino from the restaurant who was super nice with us and always smile to us. Humberto from cleaning also was nice and told us about the racoon who lives under the cabana. The security guys were too rude asking constantly for the car keys, very suspictius. The pictures of the hotel in their page are too different to the reality, the rooms are ugly, old, pool is nasty looks like no maintenance and also the water is salted because there is NO POTABLE WATER and they only provide 2 bottle of water daily to brush our teeth, TERRIBLE and they dont advertise this in their website, booking.com, etc.The hotel is near the Bagatelle Club which plays amazing music, so we had a party for free in our cabana lol. The hotel advises about the club, so i had no complain about it. The hotel parking is small and uncomfortable. The a/c works from 6pm to 12pm. After that there is no fans or a/c (at least in my cabana oceanfront).
The restaurant food is bad and expensive, but in Tulum Beach EVERYTHING is expensive, so it was no surprise.
This hotel is too expensive for what it has to offer. It needs a renovation ASAP.

Nothing
Upon arrival at the property, I was appalled to find that the level of cleanliness was extremely low. The bed linen in our room was full of holes and visibly dirty. We immediately reported this issue to the receptionist, who assured us that it would be resolved by the next morning. Exhausted from our journey, we decided to let it go for the night.
However, as we prepared to sleep, we discovered mold on the curtains and pillows. Concerned for my health, as I have a chronic respiratory disease, we contacted the night receptionist/security, who provided us with another room. Unfortunately, the second room was in a similar state: dirty linen, moldy curtains, and a hole in the pavement, which allowed easy access for animals. We even found signs of animal feces in this room. Given these conditions, we returned to our original room but were unable to sleep due to the health risks posed by the mold.

This was my fourth time staying here as it was always wonderful util this time.
I would never stay here again after the last experience and the lack of concern and complete horror we experienced with the 2 rooms we had booked and the staff. The stay was well over 2000 dollars and not one day we were there did we have water for the entire day. We missed one excursion due to not being able to shower and one dinner both of which we lost the prepaid money. I had no intention of writing a negative review as I thought the hotel and or booking would do something to offset the lack of water...water to shower, no water at all for every day we were there. I have over 50 conversations with the staff there acknowledging the issue and lack of no water and not one thing was done or offered . This is ridiculous and this experience turned a frequents visitor into someone who will never stay or recommend the property again. All they had to do was act like they cared, offer a free breakfast, offer a free water lol anything

Location is amazing, Incredible Staff, we didn’t need a car. Food was good . We felt like home .
The restaurant opens at 9am so if you have an activity early you have to get breakfast somewhere else.
