Wonderful
Super friendly staff, very reactive. Amazing location. Very comfortable beds and calm rooms. The pools are super nice.I would definetely book it again next time in tulum.
The facilities are not very good, especially the shower.

The hotel is beautiful--three glistening pools and stunning structures.
The bar across the street was near empty and playing loud music for 8+ hours, which could be heard on the balcony and in the room.

What a beautifully designed place! The decor in itself is worth the stay. Stunning outdoor areas, 3 pools that are just more beautiful than the other. I was travelling alone with my child and felt welcomed and very safe. We had a room with a bathtub on the terrasse which was nice although not private enough to fully enjoy it. The breakfast was minimal but good and the staff on site was very nice. I loved the area. The hotel is within walking distance of many many great restaurants and street food. We enjoyed walking around la Veleta and trying all the food options. We enjoyed the pool which was perfect for children has it was not too deep and partly shaded.
When we arrived, no one was there and we couldnt get in. The whole time we were there, we didnt meet anyone in charge of check in/check out. We did meet a very nice woman who lives there and she's the one who let us in while we waited to reach the front desk.

Interesting decor.
Common areas with comfortable seating.
Provided purified water for guests to access using jars to transport to rooms.
Difficult to recognize as hotel from exterior. No large exterior signage. Needs exterior paint job.
Basic breakfast of only fruit, toast and cereal.

The location is perfect! In the heart of Tulum downtown… walking restaurants, the people that work there is very kind and always with a smile.
The room is the perfect size, very cleans and with a private pool!!

The location is perfect - near lots of great restaurants, cafes & bars all in walking distance. Hotel is cute and has a nice design with 3 swimming pools. Only 25 min walk from the coach station. I felt really safe as a solo female traveler staying here and the staff were lovely.
You can not rent bikes from the hotel but across the entrance from the hotel is a lovely man called Hector who you can rent bikes, scooters & quads from. I cycled to the beach one day, it took about 45 minutes.
Breakfast is a good selection with coffee, toast, fresh fruit, yogurt, cereals etc.
It would be great if the staff could leave a bell to ring at reception when they aren’t there. I spoke to other guests who also had the same issue checking in with no one there.
The damp smell in the room is a problem and needs to be sorted.

Nice staff. The owner was very helpful when we first wanted to change rooms and then needed to stay longer because we got sick.

Location, price quality ratio
Mold on the wall and the products, also bad smells because of lack of aeration.
You can see the structure is ageing and they do not really take care of it

Beautiful, large room with comfortable beds, AC, a small refrigerator, a lovely deck and a good sized washroom with shower. 3 gorgeous pools! Attractive lobby and communal spaces. Friendly staff.
Never saw anyone at the front desk. Communication could have been better...in person or via WhatsApp or email. The staff we did interact with were friendly and welcoming.

Spacious room, good bathroom, comfortable bed.
Overall nice design and a pleasant place.
The breakfast can be easily improved.
There is a club nearby and it can be a nuisance if you are a light sleeper.

The hotel is great! Rooms comfy and exactly like on the pictures, breakfast good, staff amazing.
There’s a noisy bar playing music some of the nights. But not all the time and every night. It just can happen.
