What an amazing eco-hotel! Service is top notch - from the reception to the restaurant service and beach maintenance! Every area is well kept. We love the private beach! I love the way they keep the surroundings - just love the eco vibe of this resort! We will definitely come back!

The location was amazing, really quite and can enjoy the (private) Beach. We have enjoyed it that much and extended one more Day. The staff are friendly and attentive, plus the breakfast was very good.

Great property and great staff, convince of having beach very close to room as well as little custom kitchen which can make meals as u need! Lot of space! Well maintained and kept clean.
I wish they have bigger heated pool for days when you cannot swim in ocean! Everything else law was great!

The support staff are amazingly attentive; and the place in immaculate condition because of their efforts. The beach is beautiful and Suenos' cabanas give guests wonderful location to relax on the beach.
We were there for full week and had a different excellent breakfast each day. Had lunch couple of times, and it was very good as well.
The location has a great variety of restaurants, bars and shops in walking distance.
The road in the hotel zone is overwhelmed with traffic most of the day and is in poor condition. It often takes 30+ minutes to travel the last 2 km.

Wonderful quiet hotel, excellent, tasty and very fresh breakfast served by very nice staff.
Beautiful very clean beach with more than enough shadow. Comfy places on the beach.
The rooms are highly original in design and layout. We were on the top floor and felt like in a tree house.
Very nice and helpful staff with a proactive attitude. Seem to enjoy their jobs.

Beautiful jungle style, stunning private beach & great location. The staff were so friendly, very polite & helpful. The breakfast was excellent every day. We had a stunning view of the beach & sea from our room, woke up to a sunrise every morning. Very quiet part of the hotel area aswel but within walking distance to the restaurants & bars.

The staff are all amazing, good-hearted and honest, warm individuals. It’s a small team and you can tell they really care for the venue and their guests. We were lucky to be looked after by them!
The only thing we would say needs an upgrade are the mattresses. They are on the older side and sag so the sleep is not as comfortable as it could be.

The hotel is gorgeous and a peaceful gem amongst the really busy Tulum. Great rooms with sea view and nice beach access incl lounge chairs and sun beds. We had a very relaxing and recharging week here. The staff is exceptionally friendly, personable and accommodating. They were incredible with recommendations for excursions and provided lots of help to prepare my proposal to my now fiancée.
An unforgettable week at Sueños.
