The included breakfast is delicious. The staff were very friendly. The hotel's interior is pleasant and beautiful, decorated with live plants.
I was not aware that if you book the garden room, you need to cross the busy road every time you go to the beach. Also, the room is so close to the road and nearby restaurants that you can hear loud music and cars. And microscopic-sized insects are walking on the walls and furniture. They are harmless unless you leave the food open in the room.

The place is gorgeous. The room was lovely. The breakfast was a tad small for the teen travelling with me, but the quality of it was spot on.
The only downside here was out of the hotel's control. Sometimes the beach out front was terrific, sometimes the water & waves had a lot of trash & seaweed in it. One day, it was so much that it was just sad. However, the public beach down the street didn't have the same problems.

We stayed at the hotel to celebrate a special occasion, and to our surprise, we were upgraded for free to their best room! The room was beautiful, comfortable, and truly luxurious. The host was incredibly kind, always available and helpful, and gave us fantastic recommendations for things to do and places to visit. The service was exceptional and felt genuinely personal. A perfect experience — we highly recommend this place!

Suite with ocean view is absolutely stunning! Balcony with hammock to lie and see the sun rise over a small private beach with nesting turtles. Peaceful and quiet.

Such a beautiful aspect, with waterfront views. Comfortable and welcoming. Nice vibe with great food outside the door. Easy access to Mayan ruins and some exceptional cenotes.
Expensive taxis to access the property. But not the properties fault!

The place is fantastic its just on the beach so you can wake up with ocean sound every morning. My room was also oceanfront and has got my own terrace so I can sit on the balcony and watch the sea.
Because of the electric system is old you couldnt use hair dryer. I didnt need it so it wasnt problem for me but if use hairdryer usually you should find another solution.

Close to beach, taxi service , bike rental , nearby shops restaurants, good AC, good WiFi , receptionist (nico) very well spoken English , very welcoming and helpful ,
Lack of sunbeds on the beach, poor breakfast, hotel says (free breakfast) , but the only things “free” is a scrambled egg and warm bread with butter and jam , rest all comes at a cost , only 2 bikes to rent a day ,
