We loved this property from the moment we stepped foot here……It’s location, its staff, its chill vibe…were all perfect…With so many other places being so pretentious, this hotel is truly a diamond in the rough. We wouldn’t hesitate and hope one day soon we come back.

The staff were wonderful and accommodating!
The rooms were very spacious and clean.
The dedicates beach spots were always available and in a good location.
The included breakfast was delicious, and hit the spot.
There was a bit of street noise, which was manageable most nights. But Friday and Saturday night the hotel down the road turns into a club and kept us up enough on the Friday that we actually asked to move rooms for Saturday night to have more quiet.

All of the staff were incredibly nice and helpful, especially Nico. He helped us book our airport shuttle and a few tours, and he was always willing to give recommendations for things to do and places to visit. We also rented a scooter and some bikes through them, which was really convenient. It made it easy to go downtown and explore some of the cenotes around the area. Overall, it was a great experience and the staff made our stay even better.
One thing to keep in mind is that this is definitely not a resort. I wasn’t expecting a luxury resort experience, but it’s good for future guests to know what to expect. The rooms are fairly simple, with no TV or refrigerator, but super clean. That said, if you’re planning to spend most of your time out exploring, doing tours, and not staying at the hotel all day, it works perfectly as a base.
Another thing to be aware of is the seaweed on the beach. During our stay there was a lot of it, I know this is a common issue in the area, but it’s something to keep in mind if beach time is a big priority for you.

The included breakfast is delicious. The staff were very friendly. The hotel's interior is pleasant and beautiful, decorated with live plants.
I was not aware that if you book the garden room, you need to cross the busy road every time you go to the beach. Also, the room is so close to the road and nearby restaurants that you can hear loud music and cars. And microscopic-sized insects are walking on the walls and furniture. They are harmless unless you leave the food open in the room.

The place is gorgeous. The room was lovely. The breakfast was a tad small for the teen travelling with me, but the quality of it was spot on.
The only downside here was out of the hotel's control. Sometimes the beach out front was terrific, sometimes the water & waves had a lot of trash & seaweed in it. One day, it was so much that it was just sad. However, the public beach down the street didn't have the same problems.

We stayed at the hotel to celebrate a special occasion, and to our surprise, we were upgraded for free to their best room! The room was beautiful, comfortable, and truly luxurious. The host was incredibly kind, always available and helpful, and gave us fantastic recommendations for things to do and places to visit. The service was exceptional and felt genuinely personal. A perfect experience — we highly recommend this place!

Due to having lots of trees close by there can be insects/mosquitoes inside the room. Is better to keep windows close and buy Raid to prevent bites

Suite with ocean view is absolutely stunning! Balcony with hammock to lie and see the sun rise over a small private beach with nesting turtles. Peaceful and quiet.

nothing we loved everything and it was 3 star hotel that was amazing for the money that you pay but it depend which room you getting.garden view across street i didnt like them but this room were in 2nd floor with ocean view and peaceful area were amazing
