Amazing big new grocery store just across the intersection tons of great deli food
Smoking is permitted in the central courtyard which is sad because it floats up to the upper rooms ?. Towels could definitely use an upgrade.

Good location and jungly feel. Great, friendly staff.,
I never love only getting one roll of toilet paper. It’s kind of cheap. Plus- travelers often get GI upset. We only got one sheet to cover us, so we were cold. Also- people were smoking in the central area and that wasn’t allowed.

great location - about 20 min walk from bus station. Close to restaurants and grocery store. very quiet. best wifi that I have had - over 100mbps. nice jungle atmosphere. staff very helpful and friendly. Grocery store La Comer across the street has a great breakfast deal. Good hot water and AC.
nothing to do with hotel. Tulum is a bit too quiet for me and I prefer Playa del Carmen. Also, some construction going on next door, but not that loud at all. again, nothing to do with hotel.

Room was comfortable and the environment was cozy.
The room on the ground floor right in front of the pool was subjected to the sound of the conversation outside. Not many shelves or places to organize my things out of the bags in the bedroom.
