Beautiful, super lovely people, comfortable room, gorgeous.
Not neccessarily a dislike but the door had a window shutter so noise travelled through. It didn’t bother us at all was just a surprise.

I liked the room and the hotel's location.
There is no fridge, our a/c unit wasn't working properly, and there's no breakfast (even coffee) on site.

Friendly staff and modern hotel with clean rooms. Very attentive, the receptionist offered us a room upgrade and we enjoyed our stay. It's located in the busy part of the town and that can be a downside. Overall would recommend.
At night over the weekend you hear the music from the streets. That's the only downside but i guess its all over Tulum the same.

amazing location in the city centre, kindness of the staff
insonorisation is terrible, we were at ground floor and exposed to all the noises from the hall and the street outside. Room is very small

It was a disaster. The receptionist told us that they had no room for us, even though we booked 3 months in advance. He was very rude and not sorry at all.
The hotel seems dirty, the pool is really small.
Nothing like the picture.
Would not recommend it at all.

Well decorated. Clean rooms with good design.
Close to restaurants (this is also a negative because Uys also close to loud bars)
Noise from clubs/bars nearby kept us awake. Noise ends at 3am.
Doesn’t accept credit cards.

I loved the space, the design, the newness and the decor. Mario was of great help .
It was noisy. It was right next to a night club, it was a cool place btw, but not suitable for a good night sleep but most likely a good place if you want to go out at night

Great location with fab restaurants/bars/cafe nearby, comfortable room, nice staff. Perfect for a Tulum stay, felt safe walking back after dinner.

Great value stay. Modern hotel in the centre of Tulum. Staff were friendly and happy to help. The pool in the courtyard was good. Room was really comfortable and we had a balcony room which was nice to have the outdoor space. Location was great near to the restaurants and bars on the centre of Tulum.
Shower was cold but that wasn’t too bad with how hot it was at time of visit. Air con leaked a bit but manageable. Quite loud in the evenings / night from local bars but not the fault of the hotel.

Very tidy, nice room. The toiletories very good quality and smelled nice. The staff act quickly on reported issues.
