We spent 3 nights in this place. Our room was very cosy and the overall building was lovely and full of plants. On our last evening there was a big narco traffic boss was killed, and the Mexican government suggested to stay at home. All the restaurants were closed and the owner of the hotel went quickly to buy some food and arrange a nice meal for all the guests. This is true hospitality spirit which makes a difference when you travel. This is a true hospitality spirit and I really recommend this place
Perhaps having a place where to put towels / swimming suites at the end of the day because it is a beach location.
Although the hotel also provides towels.

Far enough off of the main street that it's pretty quiet. Tulum can get loud at night.

The location was good for a central spot. The roof top was lovely too.
It was quite noisy from the local area during the night, the room we had was quite dark and sadly full of mosquitos.

I would definitely book this hotel again. The hotel is downtown close to everything but away from the bar noise. The property is nicely landscaped and my room was very clean and comfortable. Gabriela is very nice and helpful. She helped me get a ride to the Mayan ruins for half the price of a taxi and called the Tren Maya office to make sure there were trains running from Chetumal to Palenque. She also had my laundry done in a few hours the same day for the regular price.
There was nothing I didn’t like about the property.

The whole staff was very very kind and helpful. They gave me tips for visiting different sites. Someone was available all day and night long. The room was very clean.The breakfast was good.

Lovely big room. Excellent breakfast on the rooftop terrace. Friendly staff. Good location close to the colectivos for the beach. Surprisingly quiet, given the location.

The staff were very kind, helpful, and supportive. They cleaned the room every day, and provided a water server so that we stay hydrated throughout our stay! They helped us resolve all the issues we encountered during the stay, including not having wine opener, and parking. Thanks to the staff, we had very smooth stress free stay in Tulum. Thank you so much for all your help!! the location is amazing, close to many restaurants and my favorite gelato place. The rooftop is available for guests to use, with swing, couches and beds. We enjoyed our time hanging out in the rooftop as well.
wifi was weak, so we had issues connecting to high speed internet.

Gabriela was so kind - she helped us with recommendations and helped us with transportation and even took us to the bus stop to check we were okay. The location is perfect to access the restaurants and bars. The room was very quiet so we slept very well. The room was very clean with good A/C and facilities.

Rooms are simple but comfortable and cool during the day. Staff friendly and helpful. The location is very central but surprisingly quiet. Breakfast was nice, local-style, but the coffee was not great. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel location in the city center is great, very close to everything, including colectivo to the beach area. The hotel's stuff was amazing. I have never experienced this kind of good faith service in my life. They were taking care of everything I needed and maintained a very clean and organized environment. They let me eat earlier breakfasts because of trips I had early in the morning and handled public transportation cases for me. All were very nice and helpful. I fully recommend this place and gave 10 stars because there are no 11.

Stayed for 3 nights. Great staff. Clean room. Good plumbing. Perfect location. Quiet. Free filtered water and generous breakfast. Great private parking.
