Poor customer service from older gentlemen at the front desk. Only get one towel. No early check even when they put your luggage in the room. Wear and tear of hotel ..needs some TLC.

The property was clean, great location to the street and the ADO, and we were welcomed warmly.
Staff friendly and willing to assist. Pool was nice to cool down in. The rooms had everything that we needed and if the there were any issues with the hot water, the staff attended to it promptly.
Would stay there again
Sometimes the hot water ceased.

The staff was very friendly. The location looks good - five minutes to the ADO station. The kitchen was well equipped.
Unfortunately there was no window in the room. But that you should be outside in Tulum anyway, which is quite easy to bear.
