The host was wonderful, the place had beautiful grounds. The rooms were clean and the space really tastefully decorated.
It was quite noisy with water trucks, the road getting in is horrific. The shower was quite cool. Never warmed up sufficiently.

Beautiful jungle location. There are only 3 rooms to rent, so it is a quiet space.
This property is a 10 minute drive or so from the town of Tulum, so keep that in mind if you are planning to spend a lot of your time in town. We were not, so the location was good for us. We also had our own rental car and did not need to rely on taxis to get around.

The hosts, Fernanda and Diego are wonderful, vey helpful people, they provided us everything we needed. They created an environment that is super relaxing and quiet, which is lovely in the busy Tulum. The room was spacious and clean as well. The best accommodation we had so far on the Yucatán.

Staying here is like staying with friends! Fernanda and Diego (hosts) are Wonderful!!! This is a place in the Jungle. Very quiet. We had the pool to ourselves.

Awesome place in nature with private pool! Host was really nice and gave us a lot of tips what and how to do!
Breakfast felt a bit expensive but was delicious! Wifi was not available due to construction work but host drove us to another hostel so we could get access :)!

Fernando and her husband were very nice and welcoming.
The space is amazing, a little piece of heaven, in the middle of nature and away from the crowds of Tulum, but a few minutes by car to town center.
Loved the contact with nature the chilled vibe and the pets ( dog and cats).
The room was also big and very clean.

This place is a lovely jungle peaceful break from tulum. We were staying here as a layover on our way to valladolid and it was perfect.
Fernanda is extremely helpful and lovely to chat to. Her dog and cat are also gorgeous and very friendly. The bedroom was massive, there was filtered water available and the breakfast was so tasty - thank you!
We didnt use it but the pool looked brilliant.
Although its far from tulum fernanda helps you use a delivery food service which we used and was delicious.
Its on a dirt road so quite a bumpy short drive but nothing major here !! Everything was lovely :)
Lots of mozzys if you're sitting outside.

located in the middle of green dschungel, you feal bond to the nature, nice pool, very nice hostess, great offer to order food (dinner) to the place from town (something like Uber Eats), many beautiful cenotes aroung, Tulum only 5km away, but still you have your quiet, peaceful place for yourself
little dirt road to the place is quite exciting, drive careful and as far at the sides as possible, we had to learn..., no food around and because of the dirt road it feels like quite a distance to town, you always think twice if you drive it, if you do have a not 4WD car, but get used to it and you can order everything you like (food, drinks) through something like Uber Eats

Very peaceful location in the jungle made for a very relaxing vacation. The variety of breakfasts the owner prepared every morning were delicious. Internet service was very good which was a big plus since we had to do some work. Fernanda, the owner, was very personable and accommodating.
The road to get to the property is a dirt road with a lot of potholes so it’s important you don’t have a car with low clearance.

Fernanda was amazing, very accommodating and helpful with understanding the area. She connected us with a dive instructor and had easy food delivery. She made us an incredible breakfast and the location was beautiful and peaceful. Only 3 rooms so minimal people around.
Unfortunately her washing machine was broken at the time.

Very welcoming person. The wifi didn't work when we arrived at night, but in the morning as soon as we told the owner, she called to fix it and it was done very quickly. Then it worked perfectly for the rest of the stay. So it wasn't her fault and she really worked to solve the problem. Someone who cares about her guests and it is really nice.
Breakfast was nice and homemade also.
Nature all around.
The short road to get there. Not very long but a bit rough. Anyway, if you take it slowly and carefully there is no problem even without a 4WD, and it is worth it.

Fernanda was really nice and very helpful, really nice talks every day.
Place was quite nice, a lot of nature around and close to the best cenotes of Tulum.
Breakfast was good and the place was really quiet.

Large room which was very comfortable and with excellent facilities. Beautiful garden setting. Pool was a good size. Very peaceful and close to tulum without being in the heart of the busy place which made it relaxing and more peaceful. Host was very friendly and helpful. Spoke good english. Excellent breakfasts which varied everyday.
The road track to get to it was awful. The pot holes and bumps were so large that it was very difficult to get a car down.

Amazing accommodation in the jungle. The owner was great and helped with everything. Great breakfast. Beautiful surroundings and swimming pool. And the amazing dog "Keta". Only the driveway is crazy. Better to have offroad.
