The room was exceptional especially for the price. Having two rooms, two bathrooms, a dining room and kitchenette! The location was amazing. There was a family of monkeys above the pool and the the access to the park was outstanding! We loved this place!
It's good to note that there is no food available after 5:30 on the property. There are places nearby and some that deliver though. Overall it was amazing there.

Perfect location to see this cenotes park.
Not their fault but they are building and under renovations. In a couple of years this hotel is gonna be amazing. Mark my words. I wish them good luck!! Rooms are great and service amazing. But they are growing. Still. Good choice to stay.

Loved the attention to detail. The park entrance and tour included. The little kitchenette was great. The air conditioning and giant fan really cooled you off. The stack was very attentive and helpful. Felt like a little efficient apartment. Great price for everything that you got.
Wish we would have booked more days.

Wonderful
Everything was great. The room was comfortable and the mattress was excellent. I very much appreciated the ease of visiting the cenotes and also enjoyed the included kayak rental. I didn't have a car, but had no trouble with transportation options. It just yakes a bit more planning

Room is big. It’s like you have your own vila. Handy to go to the cenotes. Safe.
Mosquitos, a lot of mosquitos. My AC was not cooling. Some houses are still under construction. And the mosquitos.

We loved being so close to the Cenotes and to Tulum without actually staying in town. Our kids loved swimming in the Cenotes & the pool & seeing the jungle/forest. They saw lots of iguanas and we even saw monkeys one evening in the trees and the kids were so excited. It was a beautiful place and we had an amazing experience.
Wish there was more than one restaurant in the place & they need to spray for insects. We had quite a few spiders and even killed a scorpion one night, I am used to the insects but it kinda freaked my wife out. She is from Sonora in the desert and the spiders and bugs are not like they are in the jungle’s. She just wasn’t used to it. I loved it, lol She is more of a city girl.

The hotel was nice enough, with spacious rooms. It is pretty far off from everything else, but this was advertised, so no surprise there.
The main reason we chose this hotel were the cenotes that were included in the price. When we got there it became clear that this was a turist trap. The place was extremely crowded. We started the tour, and after seeing their "underground" cenotes we decided to leave (not really underground). I would recommend this hotel for the hotel itself, if you don't mind that it's a little far off. But I would definitely not recommend their cenotes, too many people.

Wonderful
Large, clean and comfortable room, and great to get full access to the park. Also close to some other great Cenotes, and not far from Tulum town.
Only thing was the mosquitoes, just by opening the door quickly it was 50 mosquitoes, same for inside the car. There seemed to be some sort of mosquito nest right outside the door.

This was for an extra night after we finished staying nearby with a larger group. It was nice and relaxing, especially with access to the cenotes. The facility is new and spotless, even with some plumbing issues.
The water stopped flowing in the morning, there was some plumbing issue. Hot water would run out quickly when there was water. The shower head was broken and would spray water in a bad direction.

Cenote access made it worth it! The rooms were clean and had what we needed.
Unfinished/lots of projects around the property. The doors need seals; mosquitos came in while we slept.

Pleasant
The cenote park to be included is definitely nice. It's a very beautiful park and on the outside the hotel looks nice too. Security is friendly. Lots of iguanas to see.
The room has lots of humidity and smells not good due to that. There wasn't a hair dryer available and no hooks for towels or clothes. We didn't get new sheets for the bed they just made it look pretty and that's it. The cave restaurant collapsed 1 month before our visit so no romantic dinner inside the cave restaurant. The location can be a little too remote for some and there's no activities at night there. Everything is closed.
