Hacienda Maria Elena was super easy to find that the location is EXCELLENT. It's 1 block from the main street with all of the shops and restaurants plus an easy walk to hike up to the ruin. The parking on-site was also nice.
Everything was great! Maybe having a 3rd bath towel would have been nice but it wasn't a big deal.

The pool, the room, & the staff were nice.
The showers in room number 8 & room number 9 (the king bed rooms) didnt have hot water. For $117, I think the hot water should work.

The rooms are quaint and cute, the pool area is pleasant.
The pool is cold and the rooms get very cold too and it's hard to find extra blankets.

Great location and beautiful property! Room was beautiful and hotel was just steps from the main strip. Try cute town and aesthetically this hotel was fantastic. Nice pool and free parking was great.
Bed was uncomfortable and there was no way mot reach the front desk to unlock the front gate to leave at 8am. Need to have a bell or something by the front. Also should replace shower head since it didn't really work.

The breakfast was good.
The room was dirty and smelled like an old room that was closed for many years. I paid as soon we arrived and asked for my receipt and he said tomorrow it will be ready tomorrow came and it wasnt ready. We left on the third day and when I returned the keys I asked again about my bill and he asked for my email and he said I will send it online I am still waiting and it looks like he will take his time to do it or he will never do it. I am not going back there to stay. Very disappointed
