Very clean- immaculate everywhere. Excellent food at all three restaurants- beautiful presentation, creativity, and local specialties.
Too much fluff for the price! We paid $500 per day for all-inclusive and we probably got $150 in value. If they eliminated the chair massage, special pillows, fold-down, slippers, and chocolates (all the fluff), and concentrated on service it still wouldn’t be worth it.
We only had one waiter ask if we wanted drinks at the pool. Check-in and check-out were unfriendly and didn’t explain anything. They put a charge for s charity on your final bill and you have to sign a form to have it taken off. Absolutely scandalous and unbelievable!!!
Internet and TV were inconsistent. Water was barely hot enough. No privacy on balconies.
They should say no gratuities with all-inclusive. We were asked if we wanted to give a tip every time we had to sign for food. Tipping is just as ridiculous as it is in US.

Amazing sea views — we could even see Wales from our balcony! A lovely touch was the complimentary massage on arrival, which made us feel truly welcomed. The food was excellent, and the daily yoga sessions were a wonderful experience.

Definitely not worth the advertising. Chose this place to celebrate my birthday. And will definitely NOT do it again ever. For the high price it should be all inclusive. The advertise a 5 minute massage and it's 2 even two minutes horrible experience not what they advertise at all. Buenaventura Grand nest door 100% better
