Location to eat the breakfast was excellent. Always wonderful to eat outside. Breakfast was good.

True paradise. The rooms are spectacular; most guests don't leave them during their stay! So romantic. Food is delicious. Breakfast can be eaten in your private pool with a special floating tray in the room. They have thought of everything. It's a magical setting. Le Kliff restaurant is just a short walk and is excellent. Do the walk on the opposite side of the water that leads to private beaches. Or kayak. So much action in the bay with boats coming and going. It's a once in a lifetime place. Just GO!!

The property is beautiful. The Architect is amazing.
I was upset that they were probably 1000 gay men on the three boats that came to the local beach. They were dressed and scanty quotes and dominated the pier.

Utterly serene. Truly beautiful. Quiet, calm, and relaxing.
It’s a bit of a drive from town. The food was mediocre.

The staff are incredibly gracious and friendly. The grounds are also absolutely beautiful. The pool is pretty and has an amazing view of the ocean, perfect for watching the sunrise and sunset. The bar also provides delicious drinks that you can enjoy poolside. You can walk right up to the water and take a kayak out or lounge in a hammock or beach chair. The gardens are also very beautiful. The room had large windows throughout that had an amazing view of the ocean. The nearby beach, Tomatlan is also great for an excursion. You can take a water taxi to Yelapa for a fun day trip. The price of the suites are also very affordable for what you get.
There were bugs everywhere! I left a window cracked open at night for a few minutes and ended up with some insect friends in the room. Something bit me the second night as I ended up with over a dozen large bites running along my legs and ankles along with a couple of bites on my arm that were incredibly swollen and itchy.
The in-room bathtub was beautiful and I ran water to start a bath. Upon turning on the jets, dark sediment came out. I pointed it out to the hotel staff who sent a cleaner to clean it up. However, when I tried to run the jets again the dark sediment again came out.
Food was just okay. Not bad but not great. You're better off going to nearby restaurants instead.

The Jr suite on the first floor is somewhat noisy for much of the day and evening.

We honestly cannot wait to go back. It’s a little pricey compared to other places. But the breakfast is included and is over the top. The staff’s nd service is very personal and is without a doubt exceptional

This was one of our best vacations ever! We loved the property, location and the service and staff were exceptional! We loved the adult only boutique garden setting. There were so many beautiful sitting areas that you can relax at , or have your meals brought to you. I even had an injury on a water taxi (from outside service) and they were quick to bring me ice, bandage, arnicare and ibuprofen. I cannot say enough about the beautiful setting and the exceptional staff. We will definitely be going back!

This was our favorite vacation ever & the best place to celebrate my husband’s 50th birthday & our 25th anniversary!! The views were absolutely breathtaking, the hotel was beautiful, the staff was wonderful & it felt like a dream come true!! Everything was perfect!!

The hotel is amazing and the staff is incredibly attentive. It was one of the stays that I will remember forever. The only sour spot is that they charged us for a broken glass that we told them about. It’s very petty to charge for a broken glass when you spend $$$$ for a suite.
