Is beautiful, but I ask for 2 rooms together and they give me very far away one each other and I don't like it because we have kids so they separate the family, so I don't like that ,they have rooms empty close to me but they said to give one off those rooms I have to pay a lot more money And I said why I have to pay more if When I do my reservation I ask for the rooms together or close ,,but they said is you didn't do the reservation right,
The beach and my cleaning lady her name is Mira she is so nice

I love the hotel's dual swimming pools that are situated right on the beach. A person can easily spend hours there while an attentive staff tends to one's food and beverage requests. If lazing in the sun -punctuated by refreshing swims- is your thing,
look no further.
The reception staff operates in a businesslike fashion, adhering to every rule and regulation and piece of paperwork without smiling much. Checking in and out is tedious as well as an affront to cash-carrying customers who would appreciate a bit more courtesy. I've stayed there many times and the front desk is invariably annoying.

Disappointing
The location was perfect. One room had good A/C, hot water and pressure. The pool was nice and clean and the waiter that served us by the pool was great. The housekeeping & security staff were attentive and friendly. One of the rooms had a nice terrace looking over the pool. We enjoyed the pool area on the last day of our stay. Despite this I do NOT recommend this hotel and would not stay there again. There are so many better choices available in PV.
The desk staff - all of them we dealt with - were surly and unhelpful. We booked two rooms for two couples. We requested two queen beds for each room. The first room was fine, but the second room had a king. We asked for room swap, but the front desk refused. A request for a manager was ignored, and they actually called security and asked us to leave reception. The second room had no hot water - when we complained we were treated rudely. That said, they did eventually fix it. Neither room had a fridge or microwave. The safe in the second room didn't work. On check in and out, we received zero warmth or hospitality from the front desk. The rooms are very dated. The beach area was very unappealing & we spent most of the time at another resort (Blue Chairs) where we had A+ service. They tack on a "service fee" upon check in - even if you prepaid. To be fair, that is listed in the booking in the "fine print", but I missed it so was caught off guard when checking in. We were all very disappointed with the stay here overall.

Location!
Check in Staff. Most of them are super rude, when checking in and checking out. There’s a guy name Gerardo, the rudest person there! I’ve encountered many disgruntled staff throughout my travel, but he takes the cake! They need to retrain him or make him a cleaning man because he does NOT deserve to be represented the hotel as a front desk staff!

Beach view was great. Very close to good restaurants and night life.
The area is know as the Romantic Zone in old Puerto Vallarta. It’s mostly for gay men. Nothing wrong with that but not for a family vacation with my children. We ended up leaving early to a calmer area.

Very nice property !!
Staff needs more training- customer service is missing in most areas or departments. Some workers try very hard, others don't really care. I didn't see any manager on-site giving support or feedback to the staff on any day during our stay. I believe that would help a lot.
