The front desk & the staff is very nice. The hotel is very clean But the food wasn’t good and not
much variety to choose from such as dessert & Salad. The breakfast was no cheese at all was provided

The Beach, Pool, Location are pretty good. Rooms are good spacious comfortable clean.
Getting onboarded as soon after checking in to sell me some real estate/ time share. Just puts you off after traveling for hours. Noise at nights. Seems the hotel books a lot of weddings and social gatherings. They charged me 95 pesos for a water that should be free in my room to make the generic coffee they give you.

An easy walk to the malacan shopping district. Both Pools at resort were beautiful.
The beach is a pebble beach, and ocean has large jagged rocks so not conducive to beach and water play if that is your thing

The hotel is wonderful! I was very impressed by the comfort and the excellent service provided by the entire staff. I want to give a special thanks to Berenice at the front desk, Mr. Corona, and Erick; they were incredibly friendly, kind, and helpful throughout our stay.
What I loved the most was the wide variety of food across their different restaurants. The buffet at the Palapa restaurant was amazing and had everything you could imagine! Additionally, the location is perfect, the distance to downtown makes it very convenient for exploring.

Very clean, friendly staff, accommodating. Very well care for the flowers the trees the gardens were immaculate. He said to get her own close to town, endless Simona foods and drink.
Still working on an overcharge of the room. But hopefully that will get resolved pesos to American dollars. Also,, found out you pay more using an American Express.

Great ocean views. Super friendly and attentive staff. Food was good. Beds comfortable. Lovely pools and poolside food and beverage service. Swim up bar.
Rocky/rough sand on the beach not really suitable to hanging out and enjoying the beach/ocean.

The pools were great. Gym had all the equipment you need for a vacation workout. The beach area was excellent.
We were in a 2nd floor “garden suite” and it was very noisy from the music that they turned on about 8am and the noise level from the reception area echoed into our room. Service staff kept asking that tips be in cash which was annoying. Cock roach in our room on the first night, ugh.

Good location being walking distance to the Malecon area and many restaurants. Good dining options onsite. Large rooms and very clean. Strong air conditioning, but a bit loud (we travel with earplugs, works well). Large pool areas (two) with lots of seating, one pool quieter than the other. Also nearby supermarket was useful for buying basics eg water and snacks. Great for family vacation.
In order to fit within budget we went with rooms with double beds, this was somewhat uncomfortable. Mattresses were great, it was just a size problem. Queen rooms were pricey (we understand it’s peak season prices and we booked fairly late).

Access to town.
The TV channels were all in Spanish. The food was not good. We paid for All Inclusive but we're never able to eat at the restaurants because of availability. That was a joke!
