I asked for help with some items for my girlfriends B-day and the staff delivered.
A/C units were difficult to figure out, but again.. I asked and staff was eager to help.

Bar Staff was great. Room setup was nice and clean.
Washer and Dryer didn’t work and had to be replaced during our stay. The AC was leaking in the living room area. The jacuzzi tub timer wasn’t set correctly.

the safe location and close to all local bars and restaurants
No tv in the bedrooms, they charged $1000USD sec deposit and told me it would be released in 48 hours and it wasnt. I upgraded to a jacuzzi room and the jacuzzi didnt work, they had the property look at it and said it was working at 80 degrees and the day we left it went up to 104 as expected. I asked to be refunded the upgrade cost because i didnt get what i paid for and they told me that wasnt their fault it didnt work and they would not refund the upgrade amount. they also wanted to charge me an extra $100 dollars for checking out 25-30 mins late.

Clean: you can eat from the floor. Complete: appartement had all we needed: spacious beds, washing machine and dryer, plenty of aircos and bathroom, complete kitchen, big balcony with grill, pool and pool bar, fitness center

cleanliness and close location to restaurants
extra charge to visit their nearby facilities rooftop pool. also the nearby construction but wasn’t too bad. the hotel should be honest and upfront and inform their guest and include in their ad so guest can decide whether to book.

I have reserved a room with 2 beds/2baths with a sea view and I paid extra for that. Very much extra. We were overlooking the construction site instead of the sea with a noise from early morning to late evening. All day long loud concrete drilling. There was a a huge patio with a hot tub (not available to use because of construction dust and noise), not available for food grilling either. One bedroom was overlooking the site, it was impossible to sleep there. my brother and sister had to move out and pay another $1300 in the next by building. we paid $2000 not in a season when I could rent a fantastic place for much much cheaper.
the amenities downstairs like pool and bar were in front of construction site as well. impossible to use because of the noise

Location, Location, Location! Make sure you specifically ask for Ocean Front because the sight is deceptive with photos. There is construction going on until January 2023 & they try to put you in a room facing the construction with workers staring into your windows. You are woken up every morning with loud beeping and noise & it continues all day until around 6pm!
Very deceptive photos & descriptions of your room. No mention of loud construction & horrible views of the construction. Make sure you specifically ask for Ocean Front because the sight is deceptive with photos. There is construction going on until January 2023 & they try to put you in a room facing the construction with workers staring into your windows. You are woken up every morning with loud beeping and noise & it continues all day until around 6pm! Then, staff tries to upswell you to get an actual room that you can enjoy. Overall, bad business. Be upfront & honest!

Pinnacle resorts have three resorts literally next-door to each other BUT, you are NOT allowed to use other facilities such as 179, 180 and 220. Don't understand WHY!

Everything was amazing, the staff are friendly and very willing to help. Location is perfect for the beach and dining. We will definitely return.
