Very Poor
The location was great
The day after we arrived the cartel sent the city into shutdown and panic. The hotel did nothing to reassure us or help us. They closed the restaurant, our only means of getting food or water and did not provide us with anything. Terrible experience.

Good
The location was good the staff was friendly and the grounds are lovely. The room was so spare that always there were two small bottles of water but not even a glass to pour the water into when you’re brushing your teeth or you’re drinking it now that you have to drink out of the bottle. Also it’s supposed to be dog friendly and my dog didn’t have a bowl for drinking water. I do usually carry one but it was deep down in my luggage because I didn’t expect to have to bring my own bow to a hotel that invites dogs. Also to not allow the dogs to sit with you by the pool is Ludacris it’s not really that friendly. Obviously you wouldn’t let the dog go in the pool but to have to leave them in the room or not leave them in the room because you’re there by yourself and there’s only one adult that’s not good also it’s ridiculous to charge so much every night for a dog when you call it pet friendly and you advertise that way. I say therefore stay there for the convenience because I have appointments in around that area and the room is basically nice but I don’t think it’s a very good value it’s overpriced for what you offer

Pleasant
The location was good - approximately 30 minutes’ walk from the Malecon. It was nice that it was pet friendly and had a dog park
It is old and needs a refresh. My booking appeared to include breakfast, which was denied at the desk. There is no elevator.
