Wonderful
The front desk clerks were very friendly, organized and helpful. The swimming pool is a lovely place to hang out for the day. Location to the airport is of course the reason we stayed there.
Since this is a hotel used by many travellers for short term stay it would be nice to have a hot breakfast. The scrambled eggs were a nice dish but they were cold all three days we tried to have breakfast. It would be nice to have the yogurt in individual packets so it would not be so runny.

Air conditioner would not work it was stuck at 25 celcius and would not go lower TV would not work all it did was make noise.

Large pool and deck, clean, good location near airport, good breakfast. Workman fixed the beeping smoke alarm when asked.
White box look, no color or decor, like it could have been any city. My plain little room looked out on a blank wall. Shower was lukewarm.

Check in and check out were quick and easy. It would be good if at least one front desk staff on duty could speak English. The room was clean and functional. The breakfast was decent. The hotel is very near the airport, restaurants, Soriana grocery store and other amenities. The internet was easy to access and fast. It would be nice if more English language television channels were available. The pool area is a nice place to relax.
The room door was unlocked when we arrived. There was only one towel in the room. After notifying the front desk, the maid brought more towels (but a couple of them were pretty shabby).. One of the room key cards did not work and had to be replaced twice.
